Easy to schedule appointments within a quick time frame. Electrician (Cody) installed three ceiling fan/light combinations. Great installation work. Good clear explanation of the work done. Arrived on time and left the work areas clean. Also took time to answer questions for us about other future electrical work we may need done. Highly recommend it.

Cody did an excellent job rewiring my dishwasher and oven so the appliances could fit better into their designed space. He was courteous and efficient and cleaned up after himself.

My electrical service line, meter box, and breaker box were cracked, rusted, and no longer up to code. Cody inspected and evaluated the job, we agreed on a fair estimate, and I was scheduled promptly. Phillips and Francis worked an extra long day to ensure that the job was completed and all power was restored before they left. They took the time to explain everything to me, and patiently answered my questions, ensuring my comfort and safety. Start to finish, my job was handled with the expertise and professionalism that all customers deserve. I highly recommend Okot Electric, and will use them again if I need any electrical work done.

So far so good! After my initial call they responded quickly and sent Cody out for a free estimate. He was very polite, professional, and thorough. I am just waiting on the bid. Looking forward to having them take care of the work.

I had Phillip (I believe that was his name? I’m horrible at remembering names) come to the house both times. He was so nice, explained things to me, didn’t make me feel like I was rushed, fixed my first issue and then when I asked about another one he got me a quote and on the schedule again in a timely manner. Came back and did the job. I was unsure about something with that job and when he explained it to me and I decided I didn’t want to go that route and to just do the one part he was fine with it. He didn’t try to talk me into it and then took that part of the job off so I didn’t have to pay for it. Not pushy at all. I think it is almost impossible to find good work in all aspects anymore and Okot has definitely been able to be professional, good work, available in a timely manner, and most of all I feel that they are ethical and honest. I can’t remember the last time I found a company like this. Would highly recommend it!
